Your land will be featured on property portals and promoted across social media to maximize exposure. Plus, it will be sent directly to all our registered buyers, expanding your reach even further.
Viewings
Your Landstore will manage all enquiries and coordinate viewings for you.
Offers
We manage all offer negotiations, acting as the intermediary between you, the seller, and the potential buyer to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Once the offer is accepted, we’ll oversee the legal process, ensuring smooth coordination and keeping track of both sides of the transaction.
Exchange of Contracts
Once the contracts are exchanged, we assist with the handover and ensure the sale is completed smoothly.
