There are two ways to list your land with Your Landstore. You can create and manage your own listing through your seller dashboard, or if you'd prefer not to do it yourself, we can prepare the listing for you.

Register for an account and use your seller dashboard to create and manage your land listing yourself. The listing form guides you through the information you need to provide.

Creating a land listing with Your Landstore is straightforward. Follow the steps below to provide the information we need and get your land ready to be marketed to potential buyers.
Register As A Seller
Create your free Your Landstore account and select Seller when registering. Once registered, you'll have access to your seller dashboard where you can create and manage your listings.

Log in to your seller dashboard and select Create Listing. Follow the listing form to add your land details, description, photographs, asking price and other relevant information.
If you've chosen our assisted listing service, we'll gather the information from you and prepare the listing instead.
Provide Your Land Information
Before starting, it helps to have the following information available:
- Location and postcode
- Land size and boundaries
- Planning status
- Access arrangements
- Utilities and services
- Asking price
- Photographs
- Plans and other relevant information
You don't necessarily need every document before you start. The important thing is to provide as much useful information as you can.
Complete Your Onboarding
Once your listing is ready, we'll send you the required onboarding documents. These cover your ownership details, agency agreement and other information needed to allow us to market the land and deal with buyer enquiries.
Your Listing Goes Live
Once your listing and onboarding are complete, your land can go live on Your Landstore. We then market the opportunity through our available marketing channels to put it in front of potential buyers.
We Handle Buyer Enquiries
Buyer enquiries come through to Your Landstore. We deal with initial enquiries, provide information and identify genuine prospective buyers. We'll keep you informed and involve you in significant enquiries and offers.
You remain in control throughout.
Offers & Negotiation
When offers are received, we'll communicate them to you and assist with the negotiation process. You make the final decision on whether to accept an offer.
Sale & Completion
Once an offer is accepted, the sale progresses through the legal and conveyancing process. We'll remain involved and help keep the transaction moving towards completion.
Our sales fee becomes payable when the sale completes.
What Happens After You Submit?
Once you've completed your listing, there's nothing else you need to do immediately. We'll review the information provided and contact you if we need anything further before your land is ready to be marketed.

We check the information you've provided and make sure the listing contains the details potential buyers need.
We Complete The Onboarding
We'll send you the required agency and onboarding documents and deal with any outstanding information before your listing goes live.
