Q: How much does it cost to sell my land with YourLandStore?

We charge 1% of the sale price on successful completion only, subject to a minimum fee of £1,500. There are no upfront costs, no monthly charges and nothing to pay unless we find you a buyer.

No. You only pay our fee when your land successfully sells. There are no listing fees, no marketing charges and no hidden costs.

We sell all types of land across the UK including agricultural land, building plots, residential and commercial development sites, woodland, equestrian land, smallholdings, farms, investment land and residential property with land.

No. Our model is entirely remote. You upload your land details, description and photos directly through our platform. If you’re not comfortable doing this yourself simply email us your information and photos and we’ll create the listing for you at no extra charge.

Your land will be listed on YourLandStore and promoted on portals and across social media channels to reach serious land buyers across the UK.

When you list your land we ask you to complete a simple set of onboarding documents covering ownership details, and agency agreement, any planning history, title information and any relevant restrictions or covenants. These help us present your land accurately to buyers and manage enquiries effectively on your behalf.

We do. All enquiries come directly to YourLandStore. We qualify buyers, answer questions about your land and keep you updated throughout the process. You don’t need to deal with buyers directly unless you want to.
