Who We Are
YourLandStore is a specialist UK land agency working directly with landowners to market and sell all types of land across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We’re not a general property portal. We don’t list houses, flats or commercial property. We focus exclusively on land — and we’ve built our entire service around what landowners actually need when they decide to sell.
Our model is simple. We handle everything a traditional land agent does — professional listings, UK-wide exposure on Zoopla and social media, enquiry management and sales progression — but we do it remotely, transparently and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional agent.
Our Background
We come from a background in property and land. Having run a traditional estate agency and worked in the land sector daily through our sister company Revive Estates, we understand the land market from the inside.
We know that selling land is different from selling a house. It requires specialist knowledge, a dedicated audience of the right buyers and a patient, experienced hand to guide it through to completion. That’s exactly what we provide.
We also know that traditional land agents can be expensive, geographically limited and slow to bring land to market. We built YourLandStore to offer something better — a modern, remote agency service that works for landowners across the whole of the UK regardless of where their land is or where they are.

We work for you — not the buyer As your agent we represent your interests throughout the sale. We handle all buyer enquiries, manage negotiations and guide you through to completion. You have an experienced team working on your behalf from day one.
Dedicated land buyers Every person searching YourLandStore is specifically looking for land. Your listing reaches a focused audience of developers, investors, farmers, self-build buyers and private purchasers — not people browsing for houses who happen to scroll past a land listing.
UK-wide reach We operate across the entire UK. Our remote model means geography is no barrier — we can list and sell land anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland without ever needing to visit the site.
Transparent fees We charge 1% of the sale price on successful completion only, subject to a minimum fee of £1,500. There are no upfront costs, no monthly charges and nothing to pay unless your land sells. We think that’s how it should be.
No site visits required Our platform allows landowners to upload their own land details, description and photos directly. If you’re not comfortable doing this yourself, simply send us your information and we’ll create the listing for you. No waiting for an agent to visit. No delays. Your land can be live and in front of buyers within days.
