How the Fee Works
Our agency fee is 1% of the agreed sale price, subject to a minimum fee of £1,500.
£100,000 sale = £1,500 fee
1% of £100,000 is £1,000. Because the minimum agency fee is £1,500, the fee payable would be £1,500.
£200,000 sale = £2,000 fee
1% of £200,000 is £2,000, which is above the minimum fee. The agency fee would therefore be £2,000.

Is it free to list my land?
Yes. There is no upfront listing or marketing fee to bring your land to market with Your Land Store.
When do I pay the agency fee?
Our agency fee is only payable when your land successfully sells. There is no commission payable simply for listing your land.

You can create your listing, complete our online onboarding process, tell us about you and your land, and sign your agency agreement online. Once the onboarding and agency agreement are complete, your listing can go live and your land is ready to be marketed to potential buyers.
Can my land be matched with registered buyers?
Yes. Where the requirements of registered buyers are relevant to your opportunity, we can use that buyer demand as part of the process of identifying potential interest in your land.
