Yes. If you’d prefer not to create the listing yourself, we can prepare it for you. We’ll discuss your land with you, explain what information we need and use the information you provide to create the listing.
2. What information do you need from me?
Initially, we just need some basic information about your land, including its location, approximate size, type of land and anything you can tell us about the property.
Once you’ve decided to proceed, we’ll explain what photographs, plans and other information we need to prepare the listing.
3. Do I need photographs and plans before I contact you?
No. You don’t need to have everything ready before making an enquiry. If you already have photographs, plans or other information available, that’s helpful, but we’ll explain what we need after we’ve discussed your land.
4. Do I have to write the property description myself?
No. That’s part of the service. We’ll use the information you provide and our understanding of the property to prepare a clear and informative listing for potential buyers.
5. Can I review the listing before it goes live?
Yes. We’ll prepare the listing and give you the opportunity to review it before it is published and marketed.
6. How do you market my land?
We market your land through Your Landstore, relevant specialist property and land portals, social media and our buyer network, including email alerts where an opportunity matches registered buyer search criteria.
7. Will you handle buyer enquiries?
Yes. We manage enquiries from potential buyers and provide information about the property. Where appropriate, we’ll also arrange viewings and communicate with interested buyers.
8. Will you negotiate offers for me?
Yes. We’ll communicate offers to you, discuss them with you and negotiate with prospective buyers on your behalf. You remain in control of whether you accept or reject an offer.
9. Can I use Your Landstore if my land is already being marketed elsewhere?
Yes, subject to the terms of any existing agency agreement. Your Landstore operates on a multi-agency basis, so your land can potentially be marketed through us alongside other agents.
10. Does my land have to be listed exclusively with Your Landstore?
No. We operate on a multi-agency basis. However, you should always check the terms of any existing agreement with another agent before instructing an additional agent.
11. How much does it cost?
Our fee is 1% of the sale price or £1,500, whichever is greater.

12. Do I pay anything upfront?
No upfront marketing fee is charged. Our sales fee is payable when your land sells.
